Senator Stollings moved to amend the bill on page three, section seven, lines thirty-six and thirty-seven, by striking out the words “The Commissioner of Agriculture may impose an administrative penalty not to exceed $100 for” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “An administrative penalty not to exceed $100 may be imposed on”;

And,

On page three, section seven, lines forty and forty-one, by striking out the words “The Commissioner of  Agriculture, in consultation with the Department of Health and Human Resources” and inserting in lieu thereof the following “The Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Resources, in consultation with the Commissioner of Agriculture”.
